Below you will find all the types of customization that you can apply on yours work clothing:
Embroidery
Embroidery is certainly the most durable and resistant technique, as it consists in sewing a thread that composes your logo directly on the garment. The visual effect is wonderful and gives great value to the garment, moreover the embroidery tends not to fade even after many washes, keeping its colors as bright and authentic as the first day.
FEATURES:
very resistant to washing and chlorine, embroidery up to 12 standard flat colors, it is not possible to embroider shades.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
Jackets, vests, sweatshirts, polo shirts, fleece, trousers, any garment over 200g of heaviness, hats, bags.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
t shirts and light garments under 200 g of heaviness.
NOT APPLICABLE TO:
pocket of any garment, nylon fabric (kway type).
HOW TO WASH THE EMBROIDERED GARMENTS:
If you choose embroidery you can wash your clothes at temperatures up to 60 degrees, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
PLANT:
an embroidery system is created only the first time, which the customer can use at will also to embroider other garments.
LOGO FILE TO BE PROVIDED:
The customer must provide a file in vector format * .ai, * .cdr, * .pdf, compulsorily with open layers. It is not possible to embroider with jpg, png, etc. files. If you do not have the logo file in vector format, you can request the reconstruction of your logo by sending an email to commerciale@kingkongwork.com.

The size of the logo depends on the location. The smallest size to customize is the reference size for the size of the logo (example: if you have 10 items S, 10 M and 10 L, size S will be considered as a reference).

3D embroidery
3D Embroidery is a new generation technique that involves the application of a rubber support under the embroidery, this gives it a thickness that makes it three-dimensional, offering a beautiful visual result that is pleasant to the touch, giving great value to the garment.
FEATURES:
Resistant and captivating, this customization allows you to stand out from all the others, your work uniforms will become unique.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
Jackets, vests, sweatshirts, polo shirts, fleece, trousers, any garment over 200g of heaviness, caps, bags.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
t shirts and light garments under 200 g of heaviness.
Not applicable:
on pockets of any garment and nylon fabric (kway type).
HOW TO WASH THE GARMENTS WITH 3D EMBROIDERY:
If you choose 3D embroidery you can wash your clothes in temperatures up to 60 degrees, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
LOGO:
it is possible to embroider any logo, design or writing, bearing in mind that simplifications must be made. The embroidery uses flat colors, this excludes the shades and half tones that will be corrected during the digitization phase. Another important aspect are the subtle details of the logos that will always be reconstructed during the digitization phase.

DTF - Direct to film Thermo applied
The DTF (Direct To Film) technique is the most innovative currently on the market, as it offers a very high quality print, without color or shape limits, which is printed on a special support and then heat applied to the garment. The DTF is very elastic and follows the extensions of the garment on which it is applied without deforming.
FEATURES:
Possibility of printing any shape and color, very thin and resistant thickness, almost imperceptible to the touch.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
t-shirts, sweatshirts, vests, jackets.
Not applicable on fleece, jersey, wool fabrics.
HOW TO WASH GARMENTS WITH DTF:
Delicate wash at 30 degrees, with the garment inside out, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
PLANT:
this technique does not foresee any printing plant, this allows to realize even a few pieces without additional costs. It is possible to print any logo, design or writing without limits of colors and shades.
LOGO FILE:
Provide a good sized high resolution file, preferably in vector format * .ai, * .cdr, * .pdf. If you do not have the logo file in vector format, you can request the reconstruction of your logo by sending an email to commerciale@kingkongwork.com.

Screen printing
Classic printing technique that involves the assembly of a frame containing your logo thanks to which you can transfer a special paint on the garment, which will then be dried to fix the seal.
FEATURES:
Very resistant to washing and chlorine, ultra-fast realization even for large quantities.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
large quantities of single-color printed garments, all fabrics.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
small quantities of garments, printing of logos with many colors.
Not applicable on fleece, jersey, wool and non-flat garments (e.g. hats).
HOW TO WASH SCREEN-PRINTED GARMENTS:
Delicate wash at 30 degrees, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
PLANT:
a printing system must be created for each desired color.
LOGO FILE:
The customer must provide a file in vector format * .ai, * .cdr, * .pdf, compulsorily with open layers. It is not possible to screen print with jpg, png, etc. files. If you do not have the logo file in vector format, you can request the reconstruction of your logo by sending an email to commerciale@kingkongwork.com It is possible to silk-screen any logo, design or writing, bearing in mind that simplifications must be made. This excludes the nuances and half tones that will have to be corrected during the system digitization phase.

Digital print
direct digital printing on fabric is the fastest and cheapest customization and printing technique for short runs and is achieved by printing the graphics directly on the garment.
FEATURES:
This type of print offers an optimal result even on customizations that cover the inside of the garment.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
t-shirts and low quantities of light garments with multi-color printing.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
fleece, jersey, wool and large quantities of garments.

PLANT:
for this type of customization there is no printing system.

Reflective Print (High Visibility)
This is a very high quality reflex (reflective) film that reacts to light (high visibility), gray in color. Amazing effect, we can boast that in Italy very few companies are able to use this technique and we are among them. This technique is highly regarded by our best customers.
FEATURES:
This type of print reflects the light and highlights the logo, as well as being aesthetically very attractive it is also functional.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
Garments worn by operators who work on the road or in poorly visible environments.
Not applicable on fleece, jersey or wool fabrics.
HOW TO WASH GARMENTS WITH REFLECTIVE PRINT:
Delicate wash at 30 degrees, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
PLANT:
a frame system is created.
LOGO:
this personalization technique is mainly used with writings (eg Technician, Operator, Road Environment Service), but it can be applied with logos that are not excessively complex. This excludes shades and mid-tones as it is a non-printable gray reflective film.
LOGO FILE:
The customer must provide a file in vector format * .ai, * .cdr, * .pdf, compulsorily with open layers. It is not possible to customize with jpg, png files, etc. If you do not have the logo file in vector format, you can request the reconstruction of your logo by sending an email to commerciale@kingkongwork.com This customization technique is mainly used with writings (eg. Sublimation printing
This type of printing allows the color to combine with the material permanently and resist scratches, stress or color decay. The final result allows for a perfect surface or fabric, without any relief or thickness, washable and which preserves the texture of the material.
FEATURES:
This type of print offers superior resistance and an optimal aesthetic result.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
High visibility yellow or orange garments in polyester or nylon, worn by operators working on the road or in poorly visible environments.
Not applicable on fleece, jersey, wool and cotton fabrics.
HOW TO WASH GARMENTS WITH SUBLIMATION PRINT:
Wash at 30 degrees, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
PLANT:
for this type of customization there is no printing system.
LOGO:
this personalization technique can be used with logos and writings. The print includes only the BLACK color, other colors are feasible but do not guarantee a correct result in the color rendering, as the color of the garment affects the print.
LOGO FILE:
The customer must provide a file in vector format * .ai, * .cdr, * .pdf, compulsorily with open layers. It is not possible to customize with jpg, png files, etc. If you do not have the logo file in vector format, you can request the reconstruction of your logo by sending an email to commerciale@kingkongwork.com This customization technique can be used with logos and writings only in BLACK color.
