HOW TO WASH THE GARMENTS WITH 3D EMBROIDERY:
If you choose 3D embroidery you can wash your clothes in temperatures up to 60 degrees, always respecting the washing instructions on the garment label.
it is possible to embroider any logo, design or writing, bearing in mind that simplifications must be made. The embroidery uses flat colors, this excludes the shades and half tones that will be corrected during the digitization phase. Another important aspect are the subtle details of the logos that will always be reconstructed during the digitization phase.
3D EMBROIDERY PLANT:
an embroidery system is created only the first time, which the customer can use at will also to embroider other garments.
The customer must provide a file in vector format * .ai, * .cdr, * .pdf, compulsorily with open layers. It is not possible to embroider with jpg, png, etc. files. If you do not have the logo file in vector format, you can request the reconstruction of your logo by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IDEAL POSITIONS AND MEASURES
The size of the logo depends on the location. The smallest size to customize is the reference size for the size of the logo (example: if you have 10 items S, 10 M and 10 L, size S will be considered as a reference).
HEART SIDE or THE OPPOSITE HEART base cm 10 x (in proportion)
ARM base cm 10 x (in proportion)
CHEST / BACK base cm 20 x (in proportion)
BEHIND NECK to be adapted to the article, base cm 10 x (in proportion)
PANTS the ideal embroidery is on the thigh, between the top and side pockets, max base size 10 cm x (in proportion), it is NOT possible to embroider over the pocket as it would remain closed
